Statute Text
Assistance by commission to other persons and agencies. The Water Resources Commission may make available technical advice and information for the purpose of assisting any person, local voluntary committee or association, state agency or public corporation of this state, any interstate agency or any agency of the federal government in the preparation, carrying into effect and properly sustaining any plan, program or project concerning the use or control of the water resources of this state in harmony with the state water resources policy or otherwise with the public interest in encouraging, promoting and securing the maximum beneficial use and control of the water resources of this state.
