Statute Text
Investigations and studies. The Water Resources Commission, by itself or in conjunction with any person, local voluntary committee or association, state agency or public corporation of this or any other state, any interstate agency or any agency of the federal government, may conduct such investigations, surveys or studies, including the holding of public hearings, relating to the water resources of this state as it deems necessary to facilitate and assist in carrying out its functions as provided by law.
