Definitions for ORS 530.210 to 530.280.
When used in ORS 530.210 to 530.280, unless the
context clearly would be otherwise:
(1) Bonds are
the general obligation bonds of the State of Oregon issued pursuant to Article
XI-E, Oregon Constitution.
(2) Forestland
is any land suitable for the production of forest crops. [Amended by 1955 c.115
