Statute Text
Notice of violation. (1) No civil penalty prescribed in ORS 527.992 shall be imposed until the person incurring the penalty has received notice in writing from the State Forester specifying the violation. Such notice is in addition to the notice required in ORS 183.745. (2) The citation issued pursuant to ORS 527.680 (1) and the order issued pursuant to ORS 527.680 (2)(b) shall each constitute the notice required by subsection (1) of this section.
