Statute Text
Forest Resource Trust Fund. The Forest Resource Trust Fund is created in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. The Forest Resource Trust Fund shall consist of all moneys received from whatever source to carry out the duties, functions and powers of the Forest Resource Trust. All earnings on moneys in the fund shall be retained in the fund. All moneys in the fund are appropriated continuously to the State Forestry Department to carry out the duties, functions and powers of the Forest Resource Trust, including State Forestry Department administrative expenses.
