Statute Text
Acceptance of grants, donations and gifts.
The Oregon Forest Resources Institute may accept
grants, donations or gifts from any source for expenditures for any purposes
consistent with the purposes of ORS 526.600 to 526.675. All funds so received
shall be handled as specified in ORS 526.600 to 526.675 for other moneys
received by the institute. [1991 c.949 §14]
