Statute Text
Organizer responsibility for compliance with permit terms and conditions.
An organizer may not recklessly
allow a person to violate the terms and conditions of a large commercial event
permit held by the organizer. As used in this section, recklessly has the
meaning given that term in ORS 161.085. [2015 c.713 §6]
