Statute Text
Land subject to board authority; federal lands. Board authority applies to all private, municipal, state and federal land in the state which is subject to the state’s regulatory authority. When land subject to federal jurisdiction is committed to a unit agreement or cooperative agreement the board may suspend the operation of this chapter or any provision of this chapter if: (1) The unit operation is regulated by the United States; and (2) The unit agreement prevents waste and encourages maximum economic development of the resource.
