Statute Text
Compliance with final order; appeal. (1) The operator of any geothermal well shall within 15 days from the date of the service of any order, either comply with the order or file with the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries a written statement that the order is not acceptable, and the reasons therefor, and the statement shall constitute an appeal from such order to the governing board of the department. (2) Any final written order of the board may be appealed in the manner provided in ORS chapter 183 for appeals from final orders in contested cases. [1975 c.552 §25]
