Statute Text
Final
order of department; delivery to operator.
Whenever the State Department of Geology and Mineral
Industries gives any written direction concerning any geothermal well and the
operator requests in writing that a final order for purposes of ORS chapter 183
be made, the department shall, within 15 days after receipt of the notice,
deliver such final written order to the operator. [1975 c.552 §24]
