Statute Text
Judicial review of board or department actions.
Any person adversely affected by
any rule adopted by the governing board of the State Department of Geology and
Mineral Industries under this chapter or any order issued by the board or the
State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries under this chapter may
obtain judicial review thereof pursuant to ORS chapter 183. [1953 c.667 §15;
