Statute Text
Actions commenced and prosecuted, and judgments enforced, as in circuit court; prevailing party entitled to disbursements. (1) Actions at law in justice courts shall be commenced and prosecuted to final determination and judgment enforced therein, in the manner provided for similar actions in the circuit courts, except as in ORS 52.010 to 52.710 otherwise provided. (2) All disbursements shall in all cases be allowed the prevailing party.
