Statute Text
Rulemaking.
In
accordance with applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, the governing board
of the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries shall adopt rules
necessary to implement the provisions of ORS 517.952 to 517.989. The rules
shall include but need not be limited to:
(1) The
information required to be submitted in a notice of intent;
(2) The fee that
the department may collect from a person requesting inclusion on the master
list under ORS 517.959; and
(3) The form and
content of the consolidated application. [1991 c.735 §23]
