Statute Text
Policy.
It is in
the interest of the State of Oregon to provide a mechanism for the removal of
dormant encumbrances on property which prevent a landowner from using or
developing that property in a manner which contributes to the economy and
increases the states tax base. [1983 c.421 §1]
