Statute Text
Legislative findings.
The Legislative Assembly finds that prospecting, small scale mining and
recreational mining:
(1) Are important
parts of the heritage of the State of Oregon; and
(2) Provide
economic benefits to the state and local communities. [1999 c.354 §2; 2013
