Definitions for ORS 509.125 to 509.155.
As used in ORS 509.125 to 509.155, unless the context
requires otherwise:
(1) Explosives
means any explosive substances whatever, including but not limited to powder,
dynamite and nitroglycerine.
(2) Substance
deleterious to fish includes but is not limited to any drug, powder, chemical,
medicated bait, gas, cocculus indicus or extract therefrom, inimical to fish. [1965
