Statute Text
Placing in waters fish harmful to food fish.
It is unlawful, without written authority from the
State Fish and Wildlife Commission, to place in any of the waters of this state
any species or variety of fish whatsoever which are inimical to or destructive
of food fish. [Amended by 1965 c.570 §105]
