Statute Text
Possession, importation or transportation of food fish unlawfully taken in
other state.
It is
unlawful to possess, import into this state or transport within this state any
food fish which have been unlawfully taken or transported under the laws of
another state. [Amended by 1957 c.291 §1; 1965 c.570 §108]
