Selling or transporting food fish taken by angling.
It is unlawful to sell within this
state, or transport out of this state for the purpose of sale, food fish taken
from any waters of this state by means of angling. [Amended by 1965 c.570 §94;
subsection (2) enacted as 1965 c.570 §107; 1977 c.242 §6]
