Statute Text
Rules;
reports; violation or falsification.
(1) The State Fish and Wildlife Commission may make such rules and require such
reports to be made as, in its judgment, are necessary to insure the collection
and payment of the fee required by ORS 508.505.
(2) It is
unlawful for any person to falsify any of the reports or to violate any of the
