Statute Text
Alteration, false application and multiple possession of licenses prohibited.
No person shall:
(1) Alter, borrow
or loan to any other person any license or permit issued by the department.
(2) In applying
for a license or permit issued by the State Department of Fish and Wildlife
knowingly make any false statement of any information required by the
application regarding the person in whose name the license or permit is to be
issued.
(3) Possess any
license or permit that has been altered, borrowed or loaned or for which any
false statements were knowingly made in applying therefor. [1981 c.365 §20]
