Statute Text
Failure to construct or install fishing gear held to be abandonment.
Should the holder of any license
neglect to construct or install at the site the fishing gear called for by the
license during two consecutive years covered by the license, the location shall
be deemed abandoned. [Amended by 1965 c.570 §73]
