Statute Text
Certificate evidence as to license issuance.
In all prosecutions requiring proof as to the
issuance or nonissuance of a license by the State Fish and Wildlife Director
under any of the laws of this state, the certificate of the director as to the
issuance or nonissuance of the license by the director shall be sufficient
proof on that question to establish the fact. This certificate shall be
admitted in evidence as to the issuance or nonissuance of the license in any
such prosecution.
