Statute Text
Boat
license; plates; decals; rules.
(1) A boat license must be obtained by the owner or operator of any boat used
in taking food fish or shellfish for commercial purposes except for the taking
of clams or crayfish.
(2) A pair of
decals bearing the last two numbers of the year for which the license is issued
shall be included with the license for placement on the licensed boat.
(3) In accordance
with rules promulgated by it, the State Fish and Wildlife Commission shall
assign a number to each licensed boat and shall designate the size, location
and manner of placement of the number and license year decal on the boat. [1965
