Statute Text
Unlawful to knowingly buy or receive fish from unlicensed person. It is unlawful for a wholesaler, canner or buyer to buy or receive food fish from a person who the wholesaler, canner or buyer does not have reasonable cause to believe is licensed as required under ORS 508.035, unless such person is exempt from the requirements of ORS 508.035. [1965 c.570 §62a]
