Statute Text
Execution for payment of fines and costs.
Any fishing gear used in violation of the commercial
fishing laws, including boats or vehicles of any kind and other appliances, is
subject to execution for the payment of fines and costs provided for in the
commercial fishing laws. [1965 c.570 §55]
