Statute Text
Arrests, searches and seizures made on Sunday. The arrests, searches and seizures provided for in the commercial fishing laws may be made on Sunday. In this event the persons arrested shall be taken before any justice of the peace or judge having jurisdiction, who shall bind over the persons arrested to appear and be proceeded against as soon as may be on a week day following the arrest.
