Statute Text
Powers
of commission regarding federal aid for fish and fisheries.
The State Fish and Wildlife
Commission may:
(1) Enter into
such contracts, appoint such officers and do any other act or thing necessary
fully to meet the requirements of the United States and the officers acting
under federal statute in aid of the conservation and preservation of fish and
fisheries in this state or concerning any federal project wherein the
conservation and preservation of such fish and fisheries are involved.
(2) Accept
contributions of funds from the federal government for such purposes.
