Commission to study and classify food fish and fishing gear.
The State Fish and Wildlife
Commission shall:
(1) Investigate
the habits, supply and economic uses of, and classify all food fish.
(2) Classify all
fishing gear and such classification shall be final. [1965 c.570 §21]
