Statute Text
Term of license; renewal fee. A license to operate an outdoor club expires one year from the date of its issuance. A person who desire to renew a license shall submit an application therefor to the State Fish and Wildlife Commission, together with a fee of $100. The application shall be in such form, contain such information and be submitted at such time as the commission prescribes. [1973 c.749 §11]
