Statute Text
Statutes not construed to limit ability to acquire funding for screening or by-pass devices. Nothing in ORS 498.306 or 509.585 shall be construed: (1) To limit the eligibility of a person required to install and operate screening or by-pass devices to obtain funding from the Water Development Fund pursuant to ORS 541.700 to 541.855. (2) To limit the acquisition or acceptance of any federal funds available for the installation, operation, maintenance, improvement or repair of screening or by-pass devices on water diversions in this state.
