Angling from fishways restricted; rules. Except as the State Fish and Wildlife Commission by rule may provide otherwise, no person shall trespass upon or angle from any fishway or angle within an area of a body of water bounded by a line extending across the body of water 200 feet above the upper end of a fishway and a line across the body of water 200 feet below the lower end of a fishway.
