Parking vehicle in violation of restrictions; vehicle owner subject to penalty.
A person who operates or parks a
motor-propelled vehicle in violation of restrictions established and posted
under ORS 498.152, and any owner of the vehicle who authorizes the operation or
parking of the vehicle, commits a Class A violation. [1987 c.798 §3; 1999
