Statute Text
Inspection of occupational licenses. The holder of any license issued pursuant to ORS 497.218 to 497.248 shall consent to the inspection by any person authorized to enforce the wildlife laws of any such license and any records the holder is required to keep by the wildlife laws or any rule promulgated pursuant thereto.
