Statute Text
Taxidermy license; records.
(1) No person shall engage in the business of taxidermy unless the person first
obtains from the State Fish and Wildlife Commission a taxidermist license.
(2) Every
licensed taxidermist shall maintain a record of the taxidermy work the person
performs. The record shall be in such form and contain such information as the
commission, by rule, prescribes to accurately indicate the date, type and
number of wildlife species received for taxidermy work and the name and address
of the persons from whom the wildlife species were received. [1973 c.723 §62]
