Definitions for ORS 496.815 to 496.825.
As used in ORS 496.815 to 496.825:
(1) Department
means the State Department of Fish and Wildlife.
(2) Director
means the State Fish and Wildlife Director.
(3) Person
means an individual, corporation, association, firm, partnership, joint stock
company, municipal corporations and all other political subdivisions of the
State of Oregon. The federal government or any of its agencies are specifically
excluded. [1985 c.674 §1]
