Statute Text
Interference with project prohibited.
Except for activities or projects authorized by a unit of municipal, state or
federal government, no person shall disturb, damage, destroy or interfere with
the operation of a salmon and trout enhancement project referred to in ORS
496.450. [1989 c.940 §2]
