Control over fund by department; use of moneys.
The State Department of Fish and
Wildlife shall have access to and control of the moneys held in the Nongame
Wildlife Fund, but shall use such moneys only to protect and preserve nongame
wildlife and their habitat. [1979 c.566 §4]
