Applicability of wildlife laws to commercial fishing laws. Nothing in the wildlife laws is intended to affect any of the provisions of the commercial fishing laws. However, nothing in the commercial fishing laws is intended to authorize the taking of game fish in any manner prohibited by the wildlife laws. [1973 c.723 §7]
