Statute Text
When court action not available. A person providing services connected with boilers or pressure vessels may not bring or maintain an action in the courts of this state to recover for those services unless the person alleges and proves that, at the time the services were performed, the person performing the services held a license issued under ORS 480.630. This section does not apply to a person exempted from licensing by ORS 480.630 (7). [1983 c.676 §25; 1991 c.518 §11; 2005 c.758 §39; 2007 c.487 §14]
