Statute Text
Miscellaneous fees.
The Department of Consumer and Business Services may:
(1) Collect fees
for shop inspections, or for inspections, testing, consultations, site visits
or other services for which no fee is otherwise specified, in the amount of $75
per hour of travel and inspection time.
(2) Collect a fee
for welding and inspectors examinations and for the renewal of inspectors
certifications. The Board of Boiler Rules shall fix the amount of the fee. [1961
