Licenses required; exceptions. (1) A person may not engage in or work at the business of installing, extending, altering or repairing any LP gas appliance or piping, vent or flue connection pertaining to or in connection with LP gas installations within the state, either as employer or individual, unless the person has received an LP gas installation license from the State Fire Marshal in accordance with ORS
