Statute Text
Position numbers for director election. (1) Each office of director shall be designated by number as Position No. 1, Position No. 2 and so forth. (2) The secretary of a district shall assign a position number to each office on the board. The number so assigned shall be certified by the secretary to the director in office holding that position. A copy of the certification shall be filed in the records of the elections officer for the district. [1977 c.301 §4; 1983 c.350 §284]
