Statute Text
Procedure for adding land to district by consent of owner.
Any owner consenting to add the
forestland of the owner to the district under ORS 478.010 (2)(b) shall do so on
forms supplied by the Department of Revenue. The owner shall file the original
with the district. The district shall forward a copy to the assessor of each
county in which the land is located, within 20 days of receipt. [1973 c.337 §5;
