Statute Text
Rules
for administration of fund; annual determination of fund balance.
The Emergency Fire Cost Committee
shall:
(1) Adopt rules
relating to the administration of the Oregon Forest Land Protection Fund.
(2) Annually
determine the unencumbered balance of the fund as of the end of the preceding
