Statute Text
Additional protection facilities or services at operation area.
During a fire season when in the
judgment of the forester any operation inside or within one-eighth of one mile
of a forest protection district has a fire hazard requiring additional
protection, the operator shall provide such other facilities or services as the
forester by written notice may direct. [Formerly 477.187; 1967 c.429 §21; 1997
