Statute Text
Information in permit. (1) Each permit issued under ORS 477.625 shall include: (a) The legal description of the area upon which any operation is to be conducted, or an alternate description of the area permitted by the forester; (b) The name and address of the operator and owner; and (c) Any other information considered by the forester to be necessary for the administration of the rules promulgated under this chapter. (2) The information required in subsection (1) of this section shall be provided by the operator or owner, prior to issuance of the permit by the forester.
