Enjoining violations of ORS 477.615 and 477.645 to 477.655.
Any person violating any
provisions of ORS 477.615 and 477.645 to 477.655 may be enjoined in an
appropriate judicial proceeding from the further use of such equipment until
the person complies with these sections. [Formerly 477.218; 1997 c.274 §19]
