Statute Text
Acts
prohibited during fire season.
It is unlawful, during a fire season inside or within one-eighth of one mile of
a forest protection district, to:
(1) Smoke while
working in or traveling through any operation area.
(2) Use fuse and
caps for blasting unless approval is granted by the forester. [Formerly
