Statute Text
Authority of Governor to carry out agreement.
The Governor may take any action necessary to carry
out the Northwest Wildland Fire Protection Agreement as set forth in ORS
477.200. The Governor may delegate the authority granted under this section or
ORS 477.180 and 477.185 to the State Forester. [1999 c.258 §6]
